For Ushatava, the jacket is a key piece practically woven into the DNA of the fashion house. It appears in every collection but is always different from the previous versions. The Thing-in-Itself capsule collection is no exception. We created a straight-cut jacket with anatomical sleeves. The chest darts create the perfect volume and fit. There are two functional pockets with flaps.
The jacket is made of a fabric that visually resembles paper. In reality, it is a high-tech raincoat material that is lightweight and waterproof. These characteristics allowed us to create a practical wardrobe item that folds into a small velcro-attached envelope sewn to the inside of the back. The jacket is unlined; all edges are laser-cut.
