Models from Ushatava collections that adopt lingerie motifs are dubbed “20s” due to their cuts and retro silhouettes. The name “20s” is our declaration of love for the women who lived a hundred years ago. Unlike subsequent generations who wore stiff and uncomfortable underwear that sexualized them, 1920s women put the priority on their comfort.
At that time no one sought to emphasize the curves of their body with lingerie. Quite the opposite: women “smoothed” them out with tight-fitting cotton or silk bras without cups, which did not “break” the flat silhouette of the dress popular during those years. This bra is one of our fantasies inspired by the time period. Each cup is made of two asymmetrical parts, so they do not cling to the body and create a little bit of volume. The vintage spirit is embodied not only by the design but also by the lace elastic finish stitched on with a three-step zigzag. The bra fastens with hooks and loops, and the adjustable straps are made from a wide strap band.
