Building on the idea of liner pieces, we created this liner jacket. It is designed to be worn either as a mid-layer or an outer layer. Its design draws inspiration from traditional quilted insulated field jackets. The jacket has a loose fit and drop shoulders. The jacket fastens with a zipper. Additional zipper halves are hidden in the raised side front seams for experimenting with the silhouette. You can fasten them together to cinch the jacket, or connect the additional stringer with a half of the main zipper for an asymmetrical look. It features a faux leather collar and side pockets.
In the Garderobe FW26/27 collection, the liner jacket is made of ripstop nylon—an exceptionally durable, lightweight, and waterproof material. A reinforcing grid prevents small tears from spreading, while synthetic fibers protect the fabric against wear and tear. The jacket has a thin insulating lining and is designed for temperatures up to +2°C.
